Debts Owed to Public Housing Agencies

Please be advised that in the event you are terminated from any Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP), any remaining debt to the PHA (CVR New York) and/or the Property Owner will be recorded in a Federal database. This debt will cause you to be denied any future assistance in a HCVP or public housing.
